Global Partnerships Week 2017

March 6-12, 2017

Hosted at the United States Institute of Peace

GPW 2017 was hosted by the Secretary’s Office of Global Partnerships at the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Global Development Lab at the U.S. Agency for International Development, Concordia, and PeaceTech Lab. Each year GPW features self-organized events around the world, from large-scale conferences and panels to intimate networking gatherings or webinars, that serve to illuminate existing collaborations, as well as potential partnership opportunities.

On March 6, the Partnership Practitioners Forum kicked off GPW by bringing together practitioners and leaders to engage in discussions on the role of public-private partnerships (P3s) in achieving the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in particular Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
